Changzhou Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Co., Ltd.(AMECCO), founded in 1983, is the core

member of Changzhou AMEC Group, and the only hub and outlet of AMEC Group for its overseas marketing.

AMECCO plays a key role in AMEC Group for its sales of all products manufactured by its group's manufacturing

facilities. Its products cover all the complete sets of equipment for Feed Processing Machine, grain milling

machine, oil pressing & refining machine, mining machine, and also other agricultural equipment like engines,

generators, steel, tractors, auto parts, rail transit parts, motors and their relative machinery.

Meanwhile,AMECCO also outsources other diversified machinery and equipment made in China according to the

customers' requirement through its nationwide network.
 

1983: In 1983 CHANGZHOU AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY IMP. & EXP. CORP. was founded and engaged in the import and export of agricultural machinery, such as tractors, diesel engines, generator sets.

1993: In 1993 The range of the business was expanded to all the commodities

1994: In 1994 Our own trade mark "AMEC" was registered and commenced to be used in our products.
In 1994 CHANGZHOU AMEC MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. was set up for the manufacture of diesel engines.

1997: In 1997 CHINA CENTER FOR THE PROMOTION OF INVESTMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND TRADE IN TANZANIA was established in Dar es Salaam under the guideline of Chinese Government.

1998: In 1998 ISO9002 quality system Certification was qualified.

2001: In 2001 denationalized and changed the nature of the company to be a limited liability company, renamed to CHANGZHOU MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT IMP. & EXP. CO., LTD.(AMECCO)

2003: In 2003 CHANGZHOU AMEC TRACTOR CO., LTD. inaugurated its production of power tiller and agricultural implement.

2004: In 2004 CHANGZHOU AMEC GROUP CO., LTD. who was invested mainly by AMECCO founded for the diversification of marketing and capital investment.
IN 2004 AMEC GENERATOR CO., LTD. was established for the production of diesel power mover.
IN 2004 The acquisition of CHANGZHOU BAOMA ELECTRIC MACHINERY CO., LTD. , a professional electric motor maker, and shifted the name to CHANGZHOU AMEC & GBM MOTOR CO., LTD.

2006: In 2006 CHANGZHOU FEITIAN GEAR CO., LTD. was merged into AMEC group.

2007: In 2007 New quality system certification in conformity with ISO9000:2000 was granted.
